We award points based on the email address you use when you add a toilet. Only your first name and last initial will be published, and you can choose to stay anonymous if you prefer. Only new toilets are counted, not updates to toilets already on our site or removals of toilet listings.

Why your support matters
For some people with sensory needs, public toilets are a real challenge. The hand dryer might be too loud, the air freshener too strong, the lack of natural daylight a problem. Worse than that: there's currently no way of knowing what a toilet will be like before visiting it.
Your support of Map Durham helps us to grow our toilet map in the fantastic city we were founded in. From here, we aim to expand to be a national project – so wherever you head, the toilet details are there in advance to help you find a suitable one.
